హెచ్.ఎం.టీవీ చీఫ్ ఎడిటర్ కె. రామచంద్రమూర్తి గారి సారథ్యంలో, సంచలనాత్మక ఎడిటర్ నాయర్ గారి సంపాదకత్వంలో ఆంగ్ల దినపత్రిక "ది హన్స్ ఇండియా" ఈ నెల 15 న మార్కెట్ లోకి విడుదల కాబోతున్నది. ముందుగా ప్లాన్ చేసిన ప్రకారమైతే...అవినీతిపై సమరం చేస్తున్న అన్నా హజారే ఈ పత్రికను ప్రారంభించాల్సి ఉంది. ఆయన హైదరాబాద్ పర్యటన ఖరారైందీ లేనిదీ తెలియరాలేదు.
ఇప్పటికే ఈ పత్రిక డమ్మీలు తేవడం ఆరంభించింది. మిగిలిన ఆంగ్ల దినపత్రికలకు భిన్నంగా, వినూత్నంగా, ఆకర్షణీయంగా తేవడానికి నాయర్ గారి బృందం కష్టపడి పనిచేస్తున్నది. వీరికి హెచ్.ఎం.టీవీ సీనియర్లు కూడా సహకరిస్తున్నారు. "ది హన్స్ ఇండియా" కోసమని నాయర్ గారు ఏరికోరి తెచ్చుకున్న సీనియర్ జర్నలిస్టు, "ది హిందూ" లో పనిచేసి మానేసిన సాయ శేఖర్ ఒక వారం కిందట సిటీ ఎడిటర్ పదవిని వదిలి త్వరలో రాబోయే మధ్యాహ్న ఆంగ్ల పత్రిక "నూన్ పోస్ట్" లో అసోసియేట్ ఎడిటర్ గా చేరారు. భారీ స్థాయిలో రాబోతున్న "నూన్ పోస్ట్" ను ఈ నెల 14 న ఆరంభిస్తారని చెబుతున్నారు. గతంలో డీ.ఎన్.ఏ. పత్రికలో బెంగళూరు లో పనిచేసిన ఒకరు దీనికి సంపాకుడిగా వ్యవహరిస్తున్నారు.

Print media business now a days is like catching a falling knife.
The margins of profitability are contracting due to raising newsprint costs and salaries.Electronic media is more promising business,like English media channel would be a profitable and lucrative entity rather than publishing.Anyway,all the best folks!
Somehow the get up of the paper is not appealing and it reminds me News Time of eenadu which was a history.The print is rather biig.It is far away from Express,Hindu,Chronicle TOI etc.I felt if not better it might compete with these betters but it is out of question.The contents are routine without much new experiments.If this presentation continues the chances of the paper coming as better than the old ones are remote.I have gone through the 16th and 17th paper.Evensunday edition is boring and nothing new.
