ఆయన... 'ఈనాడు' రామోజీ రావు గారి లాగా పట్టిందల్లా బంగారం చేసే రకం కాదు.
ఆయన... 'సాక్షి' జగన్ మోహన్ రెడ్డి గారి లాగా నోట్లో బంగారు చెంచా తో పుట్టలేదు.
అయన... 'టీవీ-9' రవి ప్రకాష్ లాగా నిండు విగ్రహం కాదు.
అయన... 'డీ సీ' జయంతి గారి లాగా బుర్రతో జర్నలిజం నడిపే బాపతు కాదు.
నమ్మింది ఆచరించే సత్తా, మనసులో మాట కుండబద్దలు కొట్టే తెగువ, సిగ్గూ ఎగ్గూ లేకుండా కలిసిపోయే తత్త్వం, నిర్భయత్వం, అన్నింటికీ మించి సూపర్ మొండితనం, మొరటుతనం ఆయన సొంతం.
తెలుగు జర్నలిజం లో తనకంటూ ఒక ఎగ్జిక్యూటివ్ బాండ్ పేపెర్తో చాఫ్టర్ సృష్టించుకుని, తన కుంచెతో తానే రంగులు అద్దుకుని, తనకు తానే మురిపెంగా రాసుకుంటున్న వ్యక్తి. ఇద్దరు శక్తిమంతులైన ముఖ్యమంత్రులను విసిగించి, రాజకీయ మదాంధులైన వారి బలగాలను తట్టుకుని, బలవంతులైన వాళ్ళ కొడుకులతో చెడుగుడు ఆడుకుని, కులసంఘాలను గోకి, జర్నలిస్టు సంఘాలను బే ఖాతరు చేసి, రాజకీయ శత్రువులను సృష్టించుకుని కూడా బస్తీ మే సవాల్ అంటూ హైదరాబాద్ నడిబొడ్డున దర్జాగా జర్నలిజం చేస్తున్న దొరబాబు.
ఆయనే... ఆంధ్ర జ్యోతి, ఏ బీ ఎన్ ఆంధ్ర జ్యోతి యజమాని వేమూరి రాధాకృష గారు.
1999 లో మూతపడిన 'ఆంధ్ర జ్యోతి' ని మళ్ళీ తెరిపించి.... ప్రస్తుతం తెలుగు జర్నలిజం లో వందలమంది కి అన్నం పెడుతున్న రాధా కృష్ణ గారికి ఆయన సిబ్బందికి పత్రిక పదిహేనేళ్ల ప్రస్థానం పూర్తి చేసుకున్న సందర్భంగా శుభాకాంక్షలు.
ఒక వివరణ: మేము ఎప్పుడూ 'వే...రా' అంటూ పిలుస్తూ... ఆయన తప్పులు ఎత్తిచూపాం. కానీ, ఇప్పుడున్న వాతావరణంలో మిగిలిన ప్రధాన పత్రికలకన్నా, వాటి ఓనర్ల కన్నా రాధాకృష్ణ గారు చాలా రెట్లు నయం. మిగిలిన యాజమాన్యాలు జర్నలిస్టులను నిర్దాక్షిణ్యంగా ఉద్యోగాల నుంచి తొలగించి సంక్షోభాలు సృష్టిస్తున్నా... దానికి భిన్నంగా ఉద్యోగుల పొట్ట కొట్టకుండా.. తన పని తాను చేసుకుపోయే ఆయన గుణం, తాను నమ్మింది నమ్మినట్లు చెప్పే తత్వం మాకు నచ్చాయి. ఇలాంటోడు ఒకడుండాలహే!!!

Every one knows that, he has political party support and getting plenty of money from that party in various forms. In that case why he will remove the employees or delay's their salaries. You have highlighted some media names at starting of this article, one way at least they are clear and openly supporting their favorite parties. Large percentage of readers are not happy with this media. If the small percentage of journalist are happy does not mean that that is good organization and doing good for society. My main concern with him is he has twisted tongue. For the same incident he will report news differently based on the parties. That is not at all good for this society.
We are not saying that Mr.Radhakrishna is clean. In the already spoiled media atmosphere in Telangana and AP, he is not cut above others. He has his own political bias that we had exposed many times in this blog. But we appreciated the fact that he is not ruthless in sacking journalists. We like it or not, media owners have to compromise many times in their struggle for existence and profits.
